The organizer reserves the right to change/alter some of the rules mentioned here to ensure Fair Play is given to all participants. Rules are subject to change and players should review the rules of each game directly on the game link.
Players must check in their attendance at designated time.
All competitors are required to stay within the tournament area or inform the organizers in the event of stepping out.
All players are required to show up at least 15 minutes before the tournament and report to the organizers registration table to sign in.
Players not present at the designated start time for any match will be disqualified, and their opponent shall be granted a win. Players are encouraged to be in the designated play area 10-minutes prior to game time.
Players will be shown their designated station, shall set up the game and immediately begin play. Each Player will have 2 minutes to configure controls settings.
Players shall be responsible for keeping track of game situations so if a game is interrupted, the situation can be restored. In all situations possible, tournament referees will monitor the game situation so that it may be restored in the event of game interruptions. In case of any electric disruption or blackout the game restarts as long as the score is not registered. Referee’s decision is final in all matters.
Players shall raise their hands at the end of the game so a referee can record their win. Only wins reported to the referee are official.
Players are prohibited from wearing their own headsets and may not listen to any music during play.
Any participant deliberately attempting to sabotage or damage equipment to restart matches will be immediately disqualified from the tournament.
Any person who attempts to disrupt matches with verbal or physical abuse to referee/admin or competitors will be disqualified from the tournament and may be removed from the venue.
Refusal to play a match or committing any disruptive behavior that can delay the tournament will result in forfeit of the match regardless of contestant tournament standings.
Players must conduct themselves in a reasonable manner, maintaining a friendly and polite demeanor to spectators, members of the press, tournament or league officials, and to other players.
Players will refrain from using vulgar or offensive language.
Abusive behavior, including harassment and threats is prohibited.
Physical abuse, fighting or any threatening action or threatening language, directed at any player, spectator, official or any other person is prohibited.
Abuse to game stations, controllers or any tournament equipment is prohibited.
Any action that interferes with play of a game, including but not limited to purposely breaking a game station, interfering with power, and abuse of in-game pausing, is prohibited.
Referees will be on site to monitor all game play. Referees will begin play, and will record scores for each game. Referees will be identified by a special ID tag.
Players are not allowed to have other players play for them under any circumstance. Players not available for their match will be disqualified.
In case of any other dispute, the referee/admin’s decision will be final.
The tournament rules may be subject to change at short notice on the spot.
Any rule being broken may lead to disciplinary action. This action will be at the discretion of the organizer, (Zawaya Gaming), and the situation will be taken into account. Punishment may include, but not be limited to, forfeits, replays, penalty points, kicks, temporary and permanent bans.
All participants in any competition will be required to uphold the highest standards and observe common sportsmanship. Racism will NOT be tolerated. If you are seen to be racist in any capacity, then you will have action taken against you. Being abusive in any way towards fellow players or admins will also result in disciplinary action.
Any form of cheating, glitching, abusing in-game mechanics, or unsportsmanlike behaviour may result in a forfeit of a match ban or ban from events. Punishable unsportsmanlike behaviour includes but is not limited to, excessive use of foul or degrading language. In addition, breaking any rule may result in a forfeit of a game, forfeit of a match, verbal warning or ban from events.
All players must report to the organizing committee after the end of their match to validate the score.
A member of the organizing committee will be monitoring the game at all times in order to validate the score that was reported by the players.

All players must present their vaccination profe during check in at the registration counter using the Immune and Shlonik applications.
Any players who are not green on these applications will be asked to leave the venue.
Players must wear a mask at all times inside and around the gaming units.
Any player seen without a mask inside the gaming unit will be given a warning for the 1st time and will be disqualified from the tournament for the second time.
All players must sanitize their hands before and after their games.
All equipment will be sanitized before each game starts by the organizing committee.
No food or drinks are allowed inside the gaming units at all times.
